By accessing this website, booking a strategy session, or purchasing digital products from Idea Source Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Consulting Services

Idea Source Pro offers 1-on-1 business strategy sessions. While we provide expert guidance based on experience:

• No Guarantee of Results: Business success depends on market conditions, your implementation, and other factors. We provide the strategy; you provide the execution. We cannot guarantee specific income levels.
• Scheduling: Sessions must be booked via our official scheduling platform (Calendly).
• Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

All content provided by Idea Source Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, strategy documents, templates, and course materials, is our intellectual property.

You may not: Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from Idea Source Pro. For example, purchasing a "Launch Kit" gives you a license to use it for your business, not to resell the template to others.

In no event shall Idea Source Pro be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Idea Source Pro's website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
